One of the most important topics discussed in countries, especially in developing countries, is economic growth. Entrepreneurship can be one of the effective factors in increasing the rate of economic growth. Because entrepreneurs can provide the necessary resources for the growth and development of production and human resources, create employment and new business and expand the range of products and services with industrial innovation. Therefore, in the current difficult situation, the need to address the entrepreneurship category and its effects on improving the performance of macroeconomic variables, especially in less developed provinces, is felt more than ever. Therefore, the current research aims to analyze the spatial effects of the spillover effect of the entrepreneurship index on economic growth in the provinces of Iran from 2013 through 2020. The results of this study, in the framework of spatial composite data and based on the estimation of a space Durbin, showed that the logarithm of the entrepreneurship index and its proximity effects have a positive effect on economic growth in the provinces of Iran. From other research results, the variables of human capital logarithm and foreign direct investment inflow logarithm have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of the above provinces, while the unemployment rate variable harms the economic growth of the provinces. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended to increase the provincial and regional powers according to the relative advantages of the regions,

The purpose of this descriptive study was to assess the educational needs of rural youth on agricultural entrepreneurial activities in Guilan province. The statistical population of this study consisted of rural youth who were between 15-35 year old (N = 2598) and the sample size was determined by using a minimum sample size table for given population by Bartlett et al. (n = 262). In order to assess the educational needs, a questionnaire based on Borich Model was used. Data analysis was performed using (SPSS18). The educational needs were analyzed and ranked using Mean Weighted Descriptive Scores (MWDS). Results showed that competencies such as “identifying principles of proper decision-making procedures” was noticed as the most important priority for education. Although, “identifying principles of proper establishment of home employment" was in the last rank in educational needs. MWDS indicated that all competencies were in the high level of needs. The findings of t and F-tests reveal that there were no significant differences between individual characteristics and contextual factors, while “local markets in the village or neighboring village” had a significant effect on educational needs (p < 0.05).

This study examines the impact of entrepreneurship on economic growth in selected countries, using data from the 2008 addresses. The study is applicational and gathering of data is doing through attributive style. Using the Romer endogenous growth model, variables that influence the growth of entrepreneurship, along with other important variables entered into the model. Three different indicators to measure entrepreneurship, including Global Entrepreneurship Monitors indexes are used. The results of the model estimated by Ordinary Least Squares support each other for sectional data in all three indexes, that this is will strengthen consistency and accuracy of results and findings. Findings suggest significant effects of entrepreneurship on economic growth. Of course, the amount and type of impact depends on the level of countries’s per capita income. So that in countries with high per capita income, entrepreneurship has positive effects on economic growth and entrepreneurship in low income and poor countries has a negative effect. According to the research’s results, entrepreneurship should be emphasized especially on the basis of innovation in the developed countries and is felt the need for government incentive policies to increase their participation in the economy in the form of entrepreneurship in developing countries also.
