On this base, governments always plan their goals toward supporting and considering this sector. The Agricultural Sector Development Program has been one of the most important government programs for supporting agricultural sector in 2012. This research was conducted in Markazi province with the goal of determining impact of financial payment for agricultural sector development on increasing products, creating employment, percapita consumption, and food security. The research was conducted in two parts; the first using of experimental data and second using questionnaire to gathering data. The research findings show that the financial payments have a positive and significant effect in increasing products, employment, and access to food in terms of financial power. But financial payments have not significant effect on percapita consumption of  products, enough food and stable supply of food. <span lang="FA">بخش دام، طیور و شیلات، به عنوان یکی از زیربخش‌های کشاورزی؛ علاوه بر ایجاد اشتغال، کمک به رشد و توسعه اقتصادی، رونق بازار و ارزآوری برای کشور؛ نقش مهمی در تأمین غذا و امنیت غذایی جامعه ایفا می‌کند. بر همین اساس دولت‌ها، همواره اهداف خود را در راستای حمایت و توجه به این بخش برنامه‌ریزی می‌کنند. طرح توسعه بخش کشاورزی، یکی از مهم‌ترین طرح‌های حمایتی دولت از بخش کشاورزی در سال 1390 بوده است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و تعیین تأثیر تسهیلات توسعه بخش کشاورزی بر افزایش تولید محصولات، ایجاد اشتغال، سرانه مصرف و امنیت غذایی در استان مرکزی انجام گرفته است. پژوهش در دو بخش مجزا؛ در بخش اول با استفاده از داده‌های تجربی و در بخش دوم با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه صورت پذیرفته است</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span lang="FA"> یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که رابطه بین تسهیلات اعطایی و متغیرهای افزایش محصولات، ایجاد اشتغال و دسترسی به غذا از نظر استطاعت مالی، معنی دار و مثبت است، اما بین تسهیلات اعطایی و متغیرهای سرانه مصرف محصولات، کافی بودن غذا و ثبات در عرضه غذا رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد.</span> https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4667_7f66bf7ee58b59c30c276081ebad5dc0.pdf
