Iran's economic condition not only steers liquidity towards non-productive activities but also doesn't have sufficient domestic capital for economic growth and propensity. Thus, absorption of the foreign financial funds seems to be a useful and effective way to compensate for this shortcoming. Therefore, in this paper, we discuss on the importance of the variables affecting the FDI absorption in Iran during the period 1981-2016 using fuzzy regression with emphasis on the role of income tax. The results of the research show that income tax has a small effect on Iran's FDI absorption with a negative and negligible fuzzy coefficient. Further, income tax is not considered as the main determinant factor in attracting foreign investment in Iran. Also, economic factors such as GDP, commercial openness, human capital and population have a positive effect and inflation and exchange rates have a negative effect on FDI inflows in Iran.</span> <span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی (</span><span>FDI</span><span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">) یکی از عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی هر کشوری محسوب می‌شود. شرایط اقتصاد ایران نیز به گونه‌ای است که سرمایه داخلی کافی جهت تحرک و رونق اقتصادی را در اختیار ندارد و جهت جبران این کاستی، جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی یکی از راه‌های مفید و مؤثر به نظر می‌رسد. لذا در این مقاله با استفاده از رگرسیون فازی به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر جذب </span><span>FDI</span><span dir="RTL"> <span lang="AR-SA">در کشور ایران طی دوره 1395-1360 با تأکید بر نقش مالیات بر درآمد پرداخته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که متغیر مالیات بر درآمد با</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">یک ضریب فازی منفی و ناچیز، تأثیر اندکی در جذب </span><span>FDI</span><span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL"> ایران دارد و از این رو متغیر مالیات بر درآمد از عوامل اصلی و تعیین کننده در جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی کشور ایران محسوب نمی‌گردد. همچنین عوامل اقتصادی تولید ناخالص داخلی، باز بودن تجاری، سرمایه انسانی و متغیر جمعیت اثری مثبت و نرخ تورم و نرخ ارز اثری منفی بر جریان ورودی </span><span>FDI</span><span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL"> کشور ایران دارند.</span> https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4605_c0fbfd8b709bc38160015673c6b466e0.pdf
