Regarding the probability of occurrence of this condition and its effect on cognitive factors such as gender, the main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of gender and gender composition on the occurrence of incentive reversal. In this framework, by providing a laboratory environment and using 210 players (students from Yazd and Ayatollah Haeri Meybod), a two-stage trio team was designed. The research hypotheses test showed that none of the two research hypotheses based on the gender effect and the gender composition on the incentive reversal have been approved. اگرچه برای فعالیت‌های گروهی و تعامل در گروه مزایای زیادی برشمرده شده و آن را یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود عملکرد سازمان برشمرده‌اند؛ اما اخیراً این مسئله مطرح شده است که افزایش پاداش‌های پولی در فعالیت‌های گروهی منجر به کاهش تلاش برخی از افراد (چرخش انگیزه‌ها) خواهد شد. با توجه به احتمال وقوع این حالت و اثرپذیری آن از عوامل شناختی چون جنسیت، هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی اثر جنسیت و ترکیب جنسیتی بر رخداد چرخش انگیزه‌هاست. در این چارچوب با فراهم کردن یک محیط آزمایشگاهی و استفاده از 210 بازیکن از جامعه مورد نظر (دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های یزد و آیت‌الله حائری میبد)، یک بازی گروهی سه نفره دو مرحله‌ای طراحی شد. آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق نشان داد که هیچکدام از دو فرضیه تحقیق مبنی بر اثر جنسیت و ترکیب جنسیتی بر چرخش انگیزه‌ها، تأیید نشده است. https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4480_64b545d6179ba50ddc10ab03443652d6.pdf
