That is why governments try to take various policies and programs in order to overcome on environmental problems such as air pollution. One of the most common types of policies that cause minimum inefficiency in the economy is obtaining the green taxes which is applied on the basis of cost. Accordingly, in this study, the effects of increase of green taxes on economic growth, based on the design of Computable General Equilibrium model for Iran and implementation of Social Accounting Matrix in 2001 in the form of eight scenarios were examined. The increasing rates of taxes from one to forty percent have been done in eight scenarios. The obtained results show that the increasing rate of green taxes as an indirect one increases the economic growth in all scenarios. also the positive effect of lower pollution leads in positive economic growth in all scenarios, too. ^{<br />} <span lang="FA">گسترش مصرف انرژی و روند رو به افزایش انتشار مواد آلاینده ناشی از احتراق حامل‌های انرژی در جهان موجب شده که بحران‌های زیست محیطی به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های فراروی دولت‌ها در قرن بیست و یکم شناخته شود. به همین دلیل دولت‌ها می‌کوشند تا با اتخاد سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های مختلف، بر مشکلات زیست محیطی ازجمله آلودگی هوا فائق آیند. یکی از متداول‌ترین نوع این سیاست‌ها که موجب کمترین عدم کارآیی در اقتصاد کشور می‌گردد، اخذ مالیات سبز می‌باشد که بر اساس هزینه اعمال می‌گردد. بر همین اساس در این تحقیق، آثار افزایش مالیات سبز بر رشد اقتصادی، بر اساس طراحی یک الگوی تعادل عمومی قابل محاسبه برای ایران و به کارگیری</span><span lang="FA">آخرین ماتریس حسابداری اجتماعی سال 1380 در قالب هشت سناریو مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.</span> <span lang="FA">نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که افزایش نرخ مالیات سبز به عنوان مالیات غیرمستقیم در تمامی سناریوها، رشد اقتصادی را افزایش می‌دهد.</span><span lang="FA">همچنین در همه سناریوها با لحاظ اثر مثبت کاهش آلودگی، تغییرات رشد اقتصادی مثبت است و میزان آن با افزایش نرخ مالیات افزایش می‌یابد.</span> https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_2259_c3930a1bf833d59228a99d700f448fb0.pdf
