The current research aims to investigate the effectiveness of scientific innovation on the productivity of the labor force in Islamic countries with the use of health as a mediating variable with an analytical approach. In this study, data panel and Eviews 13 software were used, which examines and analyzes independent variables on labor productivity during the period of 2010-2022. The variables examined in this research include per capita physical capital, technology, innovation, education, health care expenses, and life expectancy. The variable index of physical and human capital, respectively, is the calculation of net capital formation on the number of employees and the average years of education, which has a positive effect on labor productivity, as well as the index of the number of articles published in scientific and technical journals as a substitute for the variable of innovation and technology export. Advanced, which is a representative for the technology variable, and the index related to health measurement, which life expectancy and health cost per capita is considered as a substitute for the level of health and health, with its improvement, it increases the level of productivity of the labor force. . The results of the research show that all the variables used in the research have a positive and significant effect on the growth of labor productivity in the group of Islamic countries.

The importance of productivity growth (PG) in the agricultural sector in the long-term economic growth of countries on the one hand and the high share of the agricultural sector in the economy of Islamic countries, on the other hand, shows the importance of analyzing the PG in Islamic countries. This article aims to analyze the agricultural total factors productivity (ATFP) of Islamic countries from 1995 to 2019. Solow's growth model and panel data technique were used to calculate the ATFP growth. Based on the results, the Cobb-Douglas production function was chosen as the best functional form. Also, the variables of fertilizer, cultivated area, capital, and employment have a positive and significant effect on the value added. In addition, TFP will be examined in 3 sub-groups to illustrate the developments within the OIC better. The first, second and third groups are classified as the least developed, the middle-income and oil-exporting countries, respectively. ATFP of the first, second, and third groups are -4%, 0.8%, and 0.6%, respectively. The negative PG of the LDCS indicates that this group isn’t in a sustainable development pathway. Also, the OE has lower productivity rather than MI because of the focus on oil export. Besides, ATFP of Togo, Niger, Cameron, Egypt, Jordan, Iran, and the U.A.E. is negative which illustrates the unsustainable development of these countries. All in all, technological innovation is should be considered to promote sustainable development of OIC countries. In addition, to improve agricultural productivity, the government should be enhanced investment in human capital.

Inclusive growth creates equal opportunities for those who contribute to economic growth, so that the whole people could contribute to economic growth and benefit from it. In this research, we applied Anand et al. integrated method and social mobility index to measure inclusive growth. The integrated method allows us to identify the determinants of growth and prioritize the specific constraints of each country in generating inclusive growth. We utilized unbalanced panel data method for the period 1995-2015. The results indicate that GDP growth is the most important determinants of inclusive growth in the Islamic countries. Inflation control, human capital improvement, investment, government consumption and trade openness, positively affect inclusive growth in Islamic countries. However, the ratio of bank credits to GDP and foreign direct investment did not have a positive effect on the growth of Islamic countries.

Political stability and democracy, is an important characteristic of a developed political system. In fact a developed political system, with a democracy pattern, has a coordination relationship in other developed sections especially in human and economical issues. In these countries the government provide the basis to develop other sectors by economic freedom. This study describs economic freedom, political freedom and human development by using the simultaneous equations model investigates the effect of economic freedom, political freedom and human development on each other in selected Islamic countries. This model is estimated in selected countries by panel data approach between the years 2001-2010. Results show a signicant positive effect of human development on economic and political freedom. In addition economic freedom and human development have a direct effect on each other. More over political freedom doesn’t have any effect on human development. Finally, there is an adverse effect between economic and political freedom.
