But most of the oil countries with oil revenues, despite the considerable value of these resource revenues, do not have appropriate economic performance. Therefore, this study utilizes a system of simultaneous equations to evaluate the direct and indirect effects of oil on the economy's total factor productivity during the period 1978-2013. The results by 3SLS show, the direct effect of oil revenues on total factor productivity is negative and significant. Also the effect of oil revenues on the equations of human capital accumulation, domestic research and development accumulation and financial development equations are negative and significant and in the research and development spillovers of trade partners and information and communication technology accumulation equations are positive and non-significant. According to the results, the effect of human capital, domestic research and development accumulation, research and development spilloversof trade partners, and information and communication technology equations are positive and significant and the effect of financial development on total factor productivity is positive and non- significant. Therefore, it is expected that politicians and decision-makers with the management of appropriate resources (coordination of supply and demand side policies with a focus on the development of knowledge-based components market) take steps in order to create endogenous technical change and improve total factor productivity.}, keywords = {Total Factor Productivity,Oil,Simultaneous Equations,Iran}, title_fa = {اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم نفت بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید اقتصاد ایران(با استفاده از روش سیستم معادلات همزمان)}, abstract_fa = {نفت نقش مهمی را در تأمین منابع مالی کشور ایفا می‌کند و می‌تواند به عنوان اهرمی مثبت در جهت ارتقای بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید و کاهش شکاف فنی کشور با کشورهای توسعه یافته عمل کند اما اکثر کشورهای صاحب درآمدهای نفتی با وجود حجم قابل توجه درآمدهای حاصل از این منابع، عملکرد مناسب اقتصادی ندارند. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با بهره‌گیری از سیستم معادلات همزمان به بررسی اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم نفت بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید اقتصاد ایران طی دوره زمانی 1392-1357 پرداخته است. نتایج برآورد مدل به روش 3SLS نشان می‌دهد، اثر مستقیم درآمدهای نفتی بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید منفی و معنی‌دار است. همچنین اثر درآمدهای نفتی در معادلات انباشت سرمایه انسانی، انباشت تحقیق و توسعه داخلی و توسعه مالی منفی و معنی‌دار و در معادلات سرریز تحقیق و توسعه شرکای تجاری و انباشت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات مثبت ولی بی‌معنی است. براساس نتایج مطالعه، اثر انباشت سرمایه انسانی، انباشت تحقیق و توسعه داخلی، سرریز تحقیق و توسعه شرکای تجاری، توسعه مالی و انباشت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات مثبت و معنی‌دار و اثر توسعه مالی بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید مثبت و بی‌معنی است. لذا براساس نتایج به دست آمده انتظار می‌رود سیاست‌گذاران و تصمیم‌گیران اقتصادی کشور با مدیریت درست منابع ارزی حاصل از فراوانی منابع نفتی از کانال تدوین صحیح سیاست‌های اقتصادی (هماهنگی سیاست‌های سمت عرضه و تقاضا با محوریت بسط بازار مؤلفه‌های دانش محور) در جهت ایجاد تحول فنی درون‌زا و بهبود بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید گام بردارند.}, keywords_fa = {بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید,نفت,معادلات همزمان,کشور ایران}, url = {https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3005.html}, eprint = {https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3005_3b2a51636b6275107b279f17590d54f5.pdf} }
