Understanding the performance of the whole economy requires to know economic information system situation and its efficiency. This study used a DSGE model framework for modelling the underground economy and the effect of oil shock, fiscal impulses (such as changing tax rates) and the shock of productivity on the official economy and underground economy. The results of the evaluation showed that the present model was well able to simulate cyclical behavior and volatility of the variables. The results also showed that a positive impulse to the productivity of official sector caused an increase in official production and a decrease in underground economy and this consequently reduced tax evasion and increased government revenue. On the contrary an impulse to the underground sector productivity of, leaded to a decrease in official production, an increase in underground production and consequently an increase in tax evasion and reducing the government's revenues. Furthermore, a positive shock in the corporate tax rate and income tax rate reduced the official production, increased underground production and tax evasion and decreased government revenue. Positive shock to oil revenues increased official production and reduced underground economy and consequently reduced tax evasion and increased revenue for the government..}, keywords = {underground economy,Tax Evasion,Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Models (DSGE),Iran}, title_fa = {بررسی اقتصاد زیرزمینی و فرار مالیاتی در چارچوب مدل‌های تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی (DSGE)}, abstract_fa = {برنامه‌ریزی توسعه اقتصادی کشور و تصمیم‌گیری برای اجرای سیاست‌های اقتصادی، نیازمند شناخت عملکرد کل اقتصاد شامل بخش رسمی و بخش زیرزمینی است. این پژوهش از چارچوب مدل‌های تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی (DSGE) برای مدل‌‌سازی اقتصاد زیرزمینی ایران و بررسی اثر تکانه‌های نفتی، تکانه‌های ‌مالی (مانند تغییر نرخ مالیات‌ها) و تکانه‌های بهره‌‌وری بر اقتصاد رسمی و زیرزمینی استفاده نموده است. نتایج ارزیابی نشان می‌دهد که مدل ارائه شده تقریباً به خوبی توانسته است رفتار ادواری و نوسانات متغیرها را شبیه‌سازی کند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد یک تکانه مثبت بهره‌‌وری بخش رسمی باعث افزایش تولید رسمی و کاهش اقتصاد زیرزمینی و به تبع آن کاهش فرار مالیاتی و افزایش درآمد دولت می‌شود اما برعکس یک تکانه مثبت بهره‌‌وری بخش زیرزمینی باعث کاهش تولید رسمی، افزایش تولید زیرزمینی و به دنبال آن منجر به افزایش فرار مالیاتی و کاهش درآمدهای دولت می‌شود. همچنین یک تکانه مثبت نرخ مالیات شرکتی و مالیات بر درآمد منجر به کاهش تولید رسمی، افزایش تولید زیرزمینی، افزایش فرار مالیاتی و کاهش درآمد دولت می‌شود. تکانه مثبت درآمدهای نفتی نیز باعث افزایش تولید رسمی و کاهش اقتصاد زیرزمینی و به تبع آن کاهش فرار مالیاتی و افزایش درآمد دولت می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {اقتصاد زیرزمینی,فرار مالیاتی,مدل‌های تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی (DSGE),ایران}, url = {https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_2588.html}, eprint = {https://egdr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_2588_ede651b9524fc340d92e9a5673e6ff21.pdf} }
